A few words from Clare Wilson:
“A good surgical day for me is when the post op nurse says at the team de-brief that everyone in the room was happy with their experience at the eye hospital. I take pride in keeping each patient as calm as possible for the surgery, explaining things to an appropriate level for each individuals needs, believing that the less anxiety the happier the patient and the better the visual outcome.”
