Our urgent care services ensure patients have access to the right health care service, at the right time, in the right place during both in-hours and out-of-hours.

Our services aim to reduce emergency admissions and unnecessary attendances at hospitals.

 

Urgent Treatment Centres

Practice Plus Group runs Urgent Treatment Centres at Southampton and Portsmouth.

NHS 111

We hold the contracts for a number of NHS 111 services across a range of geographical areas in England.

Out-of-hours services

Practice Plus Group currently provides over 20 out-of-hours services across England. Some of out-of-hours services we provide are in joint venture partnerships with local GPs.

Patients can also be referred to the out-of-hours service via A&E departments, local urgent care centres or minor injury units.
