Rotimi David
Mr Rotimi David is a highly experienced consultant urological surgeon with significant expertise in urological and oncological surgery. He specialises in a wide range of endoscopic and laser procedures, providing safe, precise, and patient-centred care.
Biography
Mr Rotimi David is a consultant urological surgeon at the Practice Plus Group Hospital, Southampton. In addition, he also works at the Dorset County Hospital Dorchester where he is currently the clinical governance lead. A graduate of the College of Medicine, University of Ilorin, Nigeria (2006), Mr David was recognised as the best graduating doctor, achieving distinction in pharmacology and the highest grade in pathology. He completed postgraduate urology training at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital, Ile-Ife, Nigeria with additional observer ships and training in Senegal, South Africa, and the MD Anderson Cancer Centre, USA.
Mr David is a recipient of the World Endo Scholar Award (Endourological Society) and the International Development and Education Award (American Society of Clinical Oncology), among others. His clinical interests include general urology, endourology and advanced surgical management of benign prostate enlargement, with expertise in HoLEP, REZUM, and UroLIFT procedures.
