Nilesh joined Practice plus group in 2023 as Clinical Director for Buckinghamshire Musculoskeletal Service. Nilesh has worked extensively in NHS and private sector over the last 20 years. Having completed his physiotherapy degree in 2000 from India, Nilesh completed his postgraduate studies in Manual therapy from Sheffield Hallam University. Nilesh has worked as Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner since 2010. He has completed his training in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and ultrasound guided injections. He has also completed his training in Ultrasound guided caudal epidural injections and Non-medical Prescribing. Nilesh takes a lead role in the on-going development of Bucks MSK service utilising highly specialised, evidence based clinical skills to ensure that patient pathways are evidence based, efficient and effective. Nilesh supports development and training of Advanced physiotherapy practitioners, First Contact Practitioners, Physiotherapy staff, MSK Sonographers and GPwER.
