Biography

Miss Edwards graduated from Oxford University Medical School in 1992 and has over 20 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery. She completed her specialist training at the West Midlands Deanery, followed by a prestigious fellowship in upper limb surgery at the Wrightington Hospital – a centre of excellence for orthopaedics.

She has held senior consultant positions across leading NHS trusts, including University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire and University Hospitals Bristol and Weston, where she also served as Deputy Medical Director.

Since 2022, Miss Edwards has focused exclusively on hand and wrist surgery at Shepton Mallet, Somerset, offering a range of procedures such as: carpal tunnel release, trigger finger release, thumb base joint replacement, ganglion cyst removal, and Dupuytren’s contracture surgery.
