Mr Springer graduated from the University of Medical Sciences in Poland in 1997 where he developed a keen interest in Orthopaedics. He became a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and registered with the GMC in 2008.
Mr Springer worked at the Golden Jubilee NHS Hospital in Glasgow from 2009-2011 where he completed a Fellowship in Orthopaedics.
He worked for Practice Plus Group Hospital, Barlborough, as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon between 2009-2011, before returning to Poland to work in the University Clinical Hospital in Poznan, Poland.
In 2017, Mr Springer resumed his work at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Barlborough where he regularly carries out hip and knee replacement surgeries as well as knee arthroscopies. He has a special interest in hip revision surgery.
Mr Springer believes the best outcome for patients can only be achieved when decisions are carefully considered and evidence based, with absolute focus on patient choice.
