Biography
Mr Williams qualified from St George’s Hospital Medical School, London in 1986. After completing his basic surgical training in Leicester and Nottingham, he undertook specialist orthopaedic training in Dundee and Perth. He has extensive experience in hip and knee replacement surgery, performing around 250 procedures annually, including approximately 150 primary knee replacements and 100 primary hip replacements. With nearly 40 years in medicine, including 35 years in orthopaedics and 28 years as a consultant, he combines deep expertise with a patient-centred approach. He is committed to treating patients with the highest professional standards, always maintaining courtesy and respect for patients, relatives, and colleagues.
He keeps up to date with the latest surgical techniques and advances in orthopaedics to ensure optimal outcomes for his patients. Mr Williams is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of London (Orthopaedics, 1996) and is approved by insurers including Bupa, Bupa Global, and Healix Health Services.
