Biography

After graduating, Marek Kaminski worked as a Consultant Anaesthetist in Poland until 2003. Between 2003-2009 he worked as an Associate Specialist and later as a Consultant in Anaesthetics and Pain Management in Denmark.

Marek Kaminski joined Shepton Mallet Treatment Centre (then UKSH, later Care UK) as a Consultant Anaesthetist in 2009. Between 2011 and 2019 he worked as a Lead Consultant Anaesthetist and Chronic Pain Specialist at Shepton Mallet Treatment Centre.
Marek also ran Chronic Pain Clinic at Cirencester Treatment Centre (CareUK) between 2011-2015. In November 2019 he joined Circle Bath Hospital (currently Sulis Hospital Bath) as a Consultant Anaesthetist where he still works full time.

In 2021 Marek Kaminski re-joined Practice Plus Group Hospital, Shepton Mallet as a Bank Consultant Anaesthetist.

Marek has a special interest in Regional Anaesthesia, Acute and Chronic Pain Management, Enhanced Recovery.
