Biography
Dr Dominika Palcovicova is a consultant anaesthetist with over 30 years of experience in anaesthesia and intensive care. She has experience working in both Slovakia and the UK.
She completed her medical education and specialisation at the Faculty of Medicine, Comenius University, Bratislava, Slovakia. Since joining Practice Plus Group in 2015, Dr Palcovicova has been providing high-quality anaesthetic services across two sites: Gillingham and Ilford. She delivers safe, effective care for NHS and Wellsoon self-pay patients, covering a wide range of surgical specialties including orthopaedics, trauma, general and colorectal surgery, gynaecology, neurosurgery, and ophthalmology.
She has a particular interest in ultrasound-guided anaesthesia, perioperative medicine, and enhanced recovery, alongside teaching, training, simulation, and patient safety drills.
