Pavol Sukenik

Biography
Dr Sukenik graduated with a medical degree from the Jessenius Faculty of Medicine, Comenius University, Martin, Slovakia, in 2001. Following graduation, he dedicated one year to volunteer work with a youth organization before commencing specialist training in anaesthesiology and intensive care in Ostrava, Czech Republic. Upon completion of this seven-year program, he was awarded specialist certification in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care.
In 2010, Dr Sukenik relocated to the United Kingdom and joined North Bristol NHS Trust. He subsequently advanced to the role of Consultant Anaesthetist at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. With more than 22 years of clinical experience in anaesthesia and intensive care—including over 14 years within the UK National Health Service—he also served as an appraiser and educational supervisor.
