Refer a Friend 

These terms and conditions supersede all previous versions and shall apply from the date of publication. Any prior terms are no longer valid.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. These govern the Practice Plus Group “Refer a Friend” scheme, which rewards previous patients for recommending our services to friends and family. 

1. Eligibility to Refer

1.1. Any individual who has previously attended a private consultation or received private treatment at a Practice Plus Group Hospital or Surgical Centre is eligible to refer a friend or family member (“Referrer”). 

2. How to Refer

2.1. Referrers must use their unique referral code, provided by email or by a staff member at Practice Plus Group.

2.2. This code may be shared with friends or family interested in receiving private treatment at a Practice Plus Group Hospital or Surgical Centre. 

3. Booking Requirements for Referees

3.1. Friends or family members (“Referees”) must quote the unique referral code when booking their private initial consultation.

3.2. Bookings must be made via the Private Patient Contact Centre by contacting private.patient@practiceplusgroup.com or calling 0330 053 6441.

3.3. Eligibility for a private consultation and surgery is subject to assessment criteria discussed at the time of booking.

3.4. If the initial surgery is not possible or the Referee does not attend, neither the discount nor the referral reward will be issued.

3.5. The discounted surgery offer is not applicable to surgery under £1500. 

4. Initial Consultation Discount

4.1. Referees are eligible to receive a surgery discount of £100, provided they:

• Quote the Referrer’s unique code at the time of booking.
• Make full payment at the time of booking.

4.2. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively and is valid from the date the referral code is issued.

4.3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. 

5. Referral Reward

5.1. The Referrer is eligible to receive a £75 voucher only if all the following conditions are met:

• The Referee provides the Referrer’s unique code when booking.
• The Referee proceeds to have private surgery following their consultation. Surgery is defined as a procedure that takes place in theatre; it excludes diagnostics or treatments conducted in consultation rooms.
• The Referee has made full payment and signed the Private Patient Terms and Conditions.
• The Referrer has provided a valid email address for delivery of the reward.

5.2. The voucher will be issued via email within 45 days of the Referee’s surgery.

6. General Conditions

6.1. There is no limit to the number of friends or family members you may refer.

6.2. Referrers must not share referral codes via unsolicited commercial messages, spam, bulk emails, or any form of mass distribution to strangers.

6.3. Referral codes must be used in a fair and personal manner.

6.4. Referrers are not entitled to receive details of the Referee’s consultations, treatment plans, or outcomes due to patient confidentiality. 

7. Limitations and Exclusions

7.1. An initial consultation does not guarantee surgery will be offered or clinically appropriate.

7.2. No reward will be issued if surgery does not occur, is deemed unsuitable, or the Referee cancels or fails to attend.

7.3. The £75 voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and has no cash alternative.

7.4. A person cannot refer themselves and claim both the Referrer and Referee benefits. 

8. Right to Amend or Withdraw

8.1. Practice Plus Group reserves the right to:

• Vary, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Refuse the issue of any reward where fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
