Gastroscopy, Ilford – I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received

I recently had a gastroscopy procedure at Practice Plus, Ilford Hospital, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. The staff went above and beyond by calling me to offer an earlier appointment, which was incredibly convenient. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism and kindness. The nurses and doctors were so caring, guiding me through the procedure with reassurance and expertise. I was in and out of the hospital in under an hour, and the entire process was handled seamlessly. The minimal discomfort I experienced was a testament to the skill of the medical team. I can’t rate the doctors and nurses highly enough – truly outstanding care!

General surgery, Gillingham – I felt really happy

I came to this centre and was worried because I read some of the reviews but what a surprise, from the moment I came in to the moment I left I felt really happy with the service, the staff were incredible, a lovely lady called Otis was super friendly and Dr Mohammed and his staff were really lovely and put my nerves at ease straight away. The place is super clean and I really have no complaints whatsoever.

Sigmoidoscopy, Southampton – aftercare was excellent

Had my sigmoidoscopy at Practice Plus Group on 5th August and the experience was very good. The aftercare was excellent. Also had an appointment with Dr Karamanlis for piles and again he was a very good dr. Would recommend coming to this place for treatments.

Gastroscopy, Shepton Mallet – 10/10 to all staff

Came in for Gastroscopy (stomach observation via camera) at the Practice Plus Group Hospital, Shepton Mallet. From the helpful smiling face at reception to being assessed by staff, and discussion in theatre, all were helpful to put my mind at rest. The dedicated staff kept me calm which really helped me. A speedy report followed 10 minutes later, while waiting in a comfy chair. It did not feel clinical at all it had that personal touch, so 10/10 to all staff.

Colonoscopy, Gillingham – superb care

Attended for a colonoscopy, superb care from Siobhan the receptionist through to Kemi, the lady who carried out the procedure and everbody inbetween, such care and dedication rarely seen these days. Thanks to all, you made a daunting afternoon much, much better!!!

The endoscopy staff at [Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre, St Mary’s Portsmouth] were fantastic and put me at ease straight away. Dr Patel was so nice and what I thought was going to be a horrible experience, wasn’t. Looked after all way through.
