Biography

Mr Madhusudhan Raj Nannaparaju graduated from Kakatiya Medical College in India, then moved to the U.K in 2005 where he completed his post-graduate surgical training. To sub-specialise in hip and knee surgery, he undertook two further years of training.

He has special interests in partial knee replacements, ACL reconstruction, knee sports injuries, knee arthroscopy, meniscal repair

As a consultant in trauma and orthopaedics, Mr Nannaparaju worked to improve patient care during the coronavirus pandemic at the Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. Mr Nannaparaju joined Practice Plus Group in 2021.

Multiple papers published.

Fellowships and/or memberships

Mr Nannaparaju’s first fellowship was at the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre (SWLEOC), where he trained extensively using conventional and robotic techniques for total and half knee replacements, ACL reconstructions and other soft tissue procedures around the knee. His second fellowship was at the Royal London Hospital where he performed numerous complex hip and knee replacements and complex trauma procedures.

Hobbies and interests

Mr Nannaparaju enjoys spending his free time with his family. He likes playing and watching cricket and football.
