1. This Offer is made available by Practice Plus Group, Ground Floor, 1330 Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, England, RG7 4SA.

3. These terms and conditions govern the hotel accommodation offer (“the Offer”).
4. You agree to the below terms and conditions, to be bound by the private pay terms and conditions and by the decisions of Practice Plus Group.
5. The Offer is only applicable to patients who have booked either a knee replacement or hip replacement.
6. Accommodation will be booked by the private patient co-ordinator within 24 hours of booking your operation date.
7. Accommodation is applicable to self-pay and private medical insurance patients only.
8. The Offer includes one night’s accommodation for up to two people sharing one room or one night’s accommodation for two people in two separate rooms.
9. Hotels and room types are subject to availability.
10. No food or beverages are included.
11. Hotel parking fees (if applicable) are not included in the Offer.
12. No responsibility can be taken for the patient, their companion or personal property whilst staying at the accommodation.
13. Patients may be asked for a credit card upon arrival to the hotel for any extras.
    There is no alternative to the Offer or any cash substitute.
