  5. The Offer is only applicable to patients who have booked either a knee replacement or hip replacement, and live more than 50 miles from our Plymouth Hospital.
  6. Accommodation will be booked by the private patient co-ordinator within 24 hours of booking your operation date.
  7. The Offer is available to self-pay and private medical insurance patients only.
  8. The Offer includes one night’s accommodation for up to two people sharing one room or one night’s accommodation for two people in two separate rooms.
  9. Hotels and room types are subject to availability.
  10. No food or beverages are included.
  11. Hotel parking fees (if applicable) are not included in the Offer.
  12. No responsibility can be taken for the patient, their companion or personal property whilst staying at the accommodation.
  13. Patients may be asked for a credit card upon arrival to the hotel for any extras.
