- These terms and conditions govern the hotel accommodation offer (“the Offer”).
- You agree to the below terms and conditions, to be bound by the private pay terms and conditions and by the decisions of Practice Plus Group.
- The Offer is only applicable to patients who have booked either a knee replacement or hip replacement, and live more than 50 miles from our Plymouth Hospital.
- Accommodation will be booked by the private patient co-ordinator within 24 hours of booking your operation date.
- The Offer is available to self-pay and private medical insurance patients only.
- The Offer includes one night’s accommodation for up to two people sharing one room or one night’s accommodation for two people in two separate rooms.
- Hotels and room types are subject to availability.
- No food or beverages are included.
- Hotel parking fees (if applicable) are not included in the Offer.
- No responsibility can be taken for the patient, their companion or personal property whilst staying at the accommodation.
- Patients may be asked for a credit card upon arrival to the hotel for any extras.
There is no alternative to the Offer or any cash substitute.
