About the speakers

Consultant ophthalmologist
Massimo Sibilio is a highly experienced consultant
ophthalmologist specialising in cataract and ophthalmic plastic surgery. He earned his medical degree cum laude from Università degli Studi di Roma ‘La Sapienza’ and completed his specialist diploma in ophthalmology at Universita degli Studi di L’Aquila.
With over 30 years of experience across Italy, the UK, and Spain, Mr Sibilio has held consultant roles at leading institutions, including Moorfields Eye Hospital, CareUK, and Optegra. He has extensive expertise in high-volume cataract surgery, orbital and eyelid procedures, and service development within ophthalmology.
