Here’s how it works:

• Firstly, contact NPHC: Call the NPHC scheme admin team and let them know you plan to access private healthcare with us. They’ll direct you to this page!
• Select your hospital: Our hospitals and surgical centres cover orthopaedics (bones and joints), eyes, hernias, ear nose and throat (ENT), gynaecology, urology, diagnostics and more. Depending on the treatment you require, choose from our network of trusted hospitals across England. Take a look below for an overview of treatments at each location. You can also check the map below for locations near you.
• Book your consultation: Once you’ve chosen a hospital that covers the treatment you require, call our friendly team of Wellsoon Private Patient Advisors, who will ask you a few questions, and then get you booked in for an appointment with your preferred consultant. You can take this opportunity to ask us any questions – we’re here to help you.
• Attend your consultation and get personalised care: At your consultation, your specialist surgeon will discuss your concerns with you and provide a personalised treatment plan. The consultation includes any necessary bloods, swabs and x-rays. If any additional diagnostics are required, your surgeon will discuss these with you at the time.
• Schedule your treatment: We’ll contact NPHS on your behalf and forward details of your agreed treatment plan. Once this has been approved and costs have been settled by NPHS, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to receive your treatment.
